There are some people out there that inspire me to start to modificate my own desktop.
I was thinking create a desk and that the computer is build inside the desk.
Ofcourse a nice glass plate on top so we can all see whats inside.
UV water cooling system to make it an eye candy and increase the performances.
After my idea I went ahead and start googling if there are other people with similar ideas.
I found one.
Holy SMOKES! That's absolutely insane / perfect / overkill / wonderful!
This picture of the complete rig shows a better ''overview''.
I wonder how much it costs.... (hint - probably too much).
If you do decide to go ahead with such a project, i'll be very interested in following the progress and seeing how it comes up! Best of luck mate!
ps : This is what tops my personal wishlist : http://www.wacom.com/en-us/products/pen-...-qhd-touch
Well with some help of friends you can get quite far.
Tho the costs for this rig is around 4-5k euros.
There is a company called red-harbringer that developed a gaming table so people don't need to design and make one.
It's quite expensive 1.7k US dollars and for europeans it's like 2k euros.
I'm only talking now about the desk haha.
Here is the link http://www.redharbinger.com/product/cros...-usa-only/
Just buying the aluminium will cost around 300 euro's which you need to cut and wield it yourself or you've an epic friend that can do that.
Decent equipment + kooling system + uv leds will cost around 1.2k euros.
So you can have a setup like this for like 1.5k euros, you'll have just the looks but not the quality.
If you want high end quality and really the best of the best you'll come near 5k.
I'll probably start working on mines in a few months.
I definitely will post a buildlog, to show the progress.
That Cintiq really looks amazing o.o.
I can imagine it's like a wet dream for design artists!
Btw I tried to link add that picture in the attachment and link it in the thread, but unfortunately I was unable to do so.
